Begin by dispensing a pea sized amount and apply 3 dots below the eye and 3 dots below the brow. Perform circles under the eye, and glide over the brow, follow with a second set of circles under eye and glide between crease of the lid and a third set of circles that glide over eyelid. Then press and lift at the beginning , middle and end of the brow and repeat 3 times. Finish with an eye lift routine with diagonal sweeps at each temple and repeat on the other eye.
